Once your order has been processed it will be shipped via one of the prominent courier services we have tied-up with. Shipping charges:  Shipping charges of jewellery products are just Rs. 70 for the order value less than rs 300. For the order value Rs. 300 or more, shipping is totally free. Delivery time:  Jewelry products are shipped within specified time and generally delivered withing 5-7 business days. Business days leave out public holidays and Sundays. Shipping of returned products:  It’s possible to make returns in well-arranged processes by simply contacting Krafter. gives a call explaining step by step process on return process for items. Where applicable, our courier and logistic partners facilitate pick-up of the item. If reverse pick-up is not possible at customer’s location, customers can return products through third-party courier service.

Return Policy

Every piece of jewelry sold at is covered under our 5-Day Replacement Guarantee. Notify us about problems, fitting issues, damages or defects within 5 days from the date of delivery, and we will either refund your money or send a replacement product to you, provided the procedure below is followed.  In order to get a defective item replaced or return the item that does not fit you, contact Customer Service via email at or call us on +917021210429, within 5 days from the date of delivery.
